Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. We are working on expanding our reach to bring the Hammam experience to international customers soon.
What is your return policy for skincare products?
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of beauty products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
